How to order
To place an order, simply call us on 01843 220596 with your name, address and telephone number so that we can process your order straight away. We do not make you wait to have credit checks carried out, as the account we set up for you is not a credit account, but all your details are always kept on file for ease of future orders.
Payment is taken by debit or credit card over the phone. Once the payment has been authorised all your payment details are automatically deleted.
If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the Adams gas delivery area ( Kent, East Sussex and selected South London postcodes), we will pass on your contact details to your nearest stockist, who will contact you to arrange delivery and payment.
For orders being delivered in our own delivery area, there are preset delivery days depending on postcode, please ask for delivery day in your area (most areas have deliveries upto 3 days a week).
