Our 2 types of flap discs provide consistent finishing
performance. Reduced vibration over depressed-centre grinding
discs. Our zirconium flap discs are suited to most ferrous metals, for weld seam
removal, surface blending, edge grinding and weld preparation.
Our ceramic flap discs are ideal for weld blending and surface cleaning on harder
steels and stainless; also gives longer life on mild steel and cast
iron.

Flap discs for metal are versatile grinding and finishing tools, consisting of three main components: a backing plate, adhesive and
abrasive cloth flaps. The rectangular flaps are overlapped and glued to the backing plate. Flap discs for metal are designed for
right angle grinder applications ranging from heavy stock removal to surface blending.
