High Capacity Compressed Air Cylinder – 50L

With five times the capacity of smaller cylinders, the 50L model is designed to deliver continuous, high-output airflow across long-duty cycles. It is ideal for environments where frequent cylinder replacement would be inefficient or disruptive. Facilities involved in welding, vehicle servicing, structural assembly, and air-powered automation benefit from the uninterrupted performance this cylinder provides.

This cylinder supplies a consistent stream of clean air for flame-based processes such as brazing and carbon coating. When combined with a fuel gas, the air-fuel flame allows controlled temperature adjustments—useful in metal treatment and coating applications requiring fine control of heat exposure.

It also supports pneumatic automation, powering valves, actuators, and air tools for manufacturing and engineering applications where a fixed compressor isn’t practical or where backup air is necessary.

The 50L cylinder is frequently integrated into fixed and mobile fire suppression systems, providing the pressure needed to trigger chemical or foam extinguishing agents. Its size and consistency make it suitable for testing systems that simulate full-discharge conditions during inspections of sprinklers, hose lines, and release valves.

Built from industrial-grade steel and conforming to EN pressure vessel standards, this cylinder is pressure-tested and safety-validated for commercial use. It features a white shoulder and black ring, compliant with the UK’s 2025 gas cylinder identification code, for immediate on-site recognition.
